* It is interesting to note that the previous Chair of TW was Lyn Gregson, who resigned her post mid-term just prior to the September 2009 AGM. Her reason for resigning was "leaving Tourism Whitsundays to concentrate more on her business, Adelyn Retail Consultancy". Just a few months later we find Ms Gregson on the board of Enterprise Whitsundays.
