- Visitor numbers have dropped 10.6%
- Spending per visitor per night has dropped 16.2%
- Total 'bums in beds' has slumped 17.6%
- Whitsundays has dropped out of Top 20 favourite destinations for Aussies
- Has slumped from 12th to 17th most favourite location for International visitors.
