US TV personality, Oprah, who is coming to Australia to do a couple of TV shows, has booked out the Qualia resort on Hamilton Island for a 'post show' holiday.

Oprah will be taping two shows in Sydney on Tuesday, 14 December at the Opera House.

Preparation has commenced at Mt Mulligan Cattle Station, north west of Cairns, for outback parts of the show.

Oprah is filming on Whitehaven Beach 8 Decemeber, so you could assume she will be at Qualia, Hamilton Island from around 6-10 December. More here
