Issued at 3:02 pm EST on Thursday 14 July 2016 Issue Number: 1 Unseasonal moderate to heavy rainfall is expected over the Central and Capricornia Coasts extending into the central interior Friday and Saturday. Widespread rainfall totals of 75-150 mm are expected with isolated falls above 150 mm possible. River level rises above the minor flood level are possible. Heavy rainfall may also lead to localised flash flooding. Catchments at risk within the Flood Watch area include the Fitzroy, Maranoa, Warrego, Barcoo and Belyando Rivers. A Severe Weather Warning has been issued for Damaging Winds and Heavy Rainfall. See www.bom.gov.au/qld/warnings to view the current warnings for Queensland.
