If I was a local producer providing resources and money to WMD's (Whitsunday Marketing and Development) 'Made in the Whitsundays' campaign, I would be wondering if WMD (ex Tourism Whitsundays) is really committed to the project.
You would think that after spending hundred's of thousands of dollars on websites and promotions, WMD and its 'webmaster' would be more diligent in noticing that the link to the 'Made in the Whitsundays' website hasn't worked for some time.
