QLD Flood Watch: North Tropical Coast Between Tully and Proserpine

Flood Watch Number: 7

Minor flooding possible in the Flood Watch area into the weekend.

Rainfall is expected to continue along the coast within the Flood Watch area over the next few days.

Most catchments in the Flood Watch area have received rainfall over the last week and are responding quickly to any heavy rainfall.

A Severe Weather Warning for heavy rainfall is current for parts of the Flood Watch area.

Minor flooding is possible in the Flood Watch area. Impacts to roads and travel in the Flood Watch area is likely.

Catchments likely to be affected include:

Ross and Bohle Rivers
Haughton River
Don and Proserpine Rivers

Flood Warnings are current in the following catchments: Tully, Murray, Herbert, Bohle, Black, Upper Burdekin and Don Rivers
